Off-site model:

  • The 37 degrees team works out of the 37 degrees lab closest to the client’s facility
  • Depending on the project interaction requirements certain resources may work on-site with the client’s staff
  • All services are executed in local time or time zones closest to local
  • Enables the client to leverage 37 degrees lab with computing, communication and network facilities as part of the package
  • The team is scalable on-demand depending on project needs

Offshore model:

  • All development and testing is done offshore at the 37 degrees ‘state of the art,” ISO certified lab in India
  • Significant cost savings of up to 50%, in comparison to in-house and other local efforts
  • Depending on the project interaction requirements certain resources may visit and work on-site with the client’s staff as required
  • A dedicated Project Manager is provided at the client’s location to manage and facilitate all interaction between the client and the offshore team
  • All services are executed in 24 hour cycles with overlaps during normal business hours to enable interaction between the on-site and offshore teams

Managed Lab model:

The ‘Managed Lab’ system provides the flexibility of having your own employees with the cost and productivity benefits of the Offshore model; and minimal management and operational overheads.
